- Success on Purpose: It’s important teens know they have a purpose. Many teens today are plagued with depression and a lack of purpose. McArthur’s message is one that will assure them that they are destined for greatness.
- Stinking Thinking: Being positive is important. McArthur’s process for overcoming stinking thinking i.e.; low self esteem, lack of confidence and doubt has been exhibited in his own life. He can help teens overcome these obstacles by reassuring them of their worth and explaining how to eliminate stinking thinking.
- Character: Helping teens realize the importance of positive character traits such as honesty, trustworthiness, timeliness, integrity, right decision making and being responsible.
- Team Dynamics: Teamwork is a form of relating and cooperating with others as a team player. McArthur through his leadership skills can show young teens how to work peacefully and successfully with others.
- Peer Pressure: Peer pressure in the forms of bullying, teasing and harassment is prevalent among teens. McArthur tactfully addresses this issue for the victim and accused to build a culture where peer pressure can’t thrive.
